90 Hour Self-Paced Course, Salesperson or Broker License
The self-paced course is comprised of 18 sessions. Each session is five hours of credit, but is completed at your own pace (i.e., you may finish one session in one day or over more than one day, depending on your schedule and the amount of time you have available). Each of the 18 sessions are completed sequentially. You may take up to two sessions in one day. ADRE does not permit a student to receive, or an approved school to give, more than ten (10) hours of prelicensing instruction to a student in one day. You can complete your 90 hour course in 9 days! Your progress exams and final school exam is taken on computer; this will help prepare you for the Arizona State Real Estate Examination, which is also taken on a computer.
Post-Licensing Courses
6 Hour Salesperson Contract Writing "Boot Camp" Class (required for new salesperson)
3 Hour Broker Management Clinic (required for new brokers before they obtain license and required by Designated Brokers every two years)
