This course meets the three-hour Commissioner's Standards requirement for license renewal.  This course covers license law requirements related to compensation, handling of client funds, disclosures, record keeping, and other activities of licensees.

30 min	Compensation issues		Distinguish between illegal and legal forms of compensation in real estate transactions.
20 min	Licensing requirements		Determine what is required to obtain and activate a real estate salesperson's or broker's license.
30 min	Record keeping and trust funds		Develop guidelines for record keeping and for handling funds belonging to others based on the requirements of Arizona law.
20 min	Real estate employment agreements		Summarize the requirements for real estate employment agreements
10 min	License denial, suspension and revocation		Identify activities that may result in denial, suspension or revocation of a real estate license.
40 min	Disclosure		Compare and contrast the disclosure requirements for clients versus non-clients in terms of agency relationships, potential conflicts, price, terms, motivation and material defects.
20 min	Advertising		Explain the disclosures that are required in advertisements.
