We offer three (3) different Renewal Packages. Select the Renewal Package that includes the courses you prefer. All three Renewal Packages will satisfy all of the required courses to renew your Arizona real estate salesperson's or broker's license. Each Renewal Package is comprised of individual courses.

NOTE: Renewal Package 2 includes an Ethics class that satisfies NAR's requirement.

Renewal Requirement: Each Arizona real estate agent and broker applying for real estate license renewal (license is renewed every two years) must complete 24 hours of continuing education. You must have three (3) hours in each of the following categories:

Contract Law

Agency Law

Fair Housing

Commissioners Standards

Disclosure

The balance of the 24 hours may be made up of any of the above classifications or classes in the "General" category.

CAUTION: ADRE prohibits you from taking more than 9 credit hours of instruction in one day. You may purchase classes that total more than 9 credit hours in one day (either a Renewal Package or several individual courses), but you cannot take and complete more than 9 credit hours of instruction in one day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Designated Brokers, self-employed brokers and person's applying for a new broker's license must take a three (3) hour Broker Management Clinic (BMC). The BMC is not included in any of our online packages and is not offered online. The three hour "Arizona Commissioner's Standards" course, which is included in all three of the online renewal packages, does not satisfy the BMC requirement.
