Renewal Requirements - Brokers/Agents  
SUMMARY OF ARIZONA REAL ESTATE BROKER/AGENT RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

Each Arizona real estate agent and broker applying for real estate license renewal must complete 24 hours of continuing education.  Effective July 1, 2007, salesperson and broker licenses are valid for four years, but you must nevertheless complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years.  Renewal education class may be done in the classroom or online.  You must have three (3) hours in each of the following categories:

Real Estate Legal Issues
Contract Law
Agency Law
Fair Housing
Commissioners Standards
Disclosure

The balance of the 24 hours may be made up of any of the above classifications or classes in the "General" category.
