This course fulfills the Disclosure category requirement .  This course covers disclosure issues relating to radon gas, mold, meth. labs, and other environmental hazards.

30 min	The Hazards of Methamphetamine Labs		Describe the methamphetamine lab problem, identify the hazards associated with meth. labs, describe the damage meth. labs do to a property, and identify the disclosure responsibilities and liabilities of real estate licensees with regard to meth. labs.
