Casler School of Real Estate, L.L.C., is registered with the Arizona Secretary of State to do business under the name "Casler School of Real Estate" and approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) to offer prelicensing courses and license renewal courses to Arizona real estate salespersons and brokers.
The Casler School of Real Estate is operated by Carlton C. Casler, Attorney at Law and author of the Arizona Landlord's Deskbook and the Tenant's Survival Guide. Mr. Casler is the primary speaker at each of the live classes.

Each online course (also called Distance Learning course) offered by the Casler School of Real Estate has been approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. After completing a Distance Learning course, each real estate broker or agent will be issued a Certificate of Completion which reflects the hours of continuing education credit and the subject area (i.e., contract law, agency law, etc.). Certificates of Completion are also issued to attorneys and judges that reflect the hours of continuing legal education and the hours (if any) devoted to professional responsibility.
