Information
|
The primary instructor is Carlton C. Casler, but other ADRE approved instructors may provide instruction from time-to-time.

Classroom attendance
|
Classroom attendance is required to receive credit. The Arizona Department of Real Estate prohibits a real estate school from giving class credit to a Student who is more than five minutes late for class (for "Instructor Lead Classes," not self-faced course). Student must appear for each class on time (or early) and prepared for class. In the event Student is late, the School, through its instructor, may elect not to give student credit for that class with or without advance notification to Student.

Time limits
|
The Student has one year from the date of enrollment to complete the required classes and take the School Final Exam. Thereafter, the Student must pay an additional $95.00 to attend one or more classes and/or attend the School Review and/or take the School Final Exam.

Grading
|
Classroom Continuing Education: No exam.
Self-Paced Prelicensing Education: Student must correctly answer 80% of the questions on the School Exam before School will issue a Prelicensing Education Certificate.

Certificate of Completion
|
Classroom Continuing Education: Certificate of Completion issued at conclusion of class.
Prelicensing Education: Prelicensing Education Certificate issued after Student has: (1) successfully completed all self-paced sessions, (2) remitted payment in full to School for tuition (including extension fees, if applicable, and all other amounts due under the Enrollment Agreement) and (3) passed the School Final Examination.

Refund Policy
|
Classroom Continuing Education: School will not issue a refund after a Certificate of Completion is issued. School will consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis and School shall have sole and unfettered discretion to issue refund.
Prelicensing Education: The Student may obtain a full refund of amounts paid, less the full retail value of any books, study aids and other materials provided to Student, provided written notice is given to the School within 30 days afte enrollment.

Returned
Checks
|
Student shall be assessed $25.00 for check returned unpaid to School for any reason, including insufficient funds.

Privacy
|
The school will not release any student data to any person or entity (except to licensing agencies, for verification purposes).

School
Records
|
The Casler School of Real Estate will maintain for a period of five years, the following information in each student record: The student's name, address, license and social security numbers, date of enrollment, course title, and records reflecting attendance.

Non-Discrimination
|
The Casler School of Real Estate will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial, or handicap status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards for successful completion of any course.

You (the "Student") are purchasing the right for one person to hear, view and read instructional course material and, if desired, the right to receive a Certificate of Completion after you have completed the course and satisfied all course requirements. Each Student is authorized to use the course for his/her own personal use. This right cannot be transferred (i.e., sold, given away, etc.). The Student may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, replicate, sell/resell, license/relicense, the use or viewing of any course or course material without the express written consent of the Casler School of Real Estate. Any use of the course and course material other than expressly stated above is prohibited by the United States copyright laws, which provide substantial penalties for copyright infringement.
