The Arizona Department of Real Estate has approved the following online Distance Learning courses by the Casler School of Real Estate:
(courses listed alphabetically, by "Course Name" -- see below)

Before you begin, here are the top five FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS about this page:
1.  Do I pay for the courses online?  Yes.
2. Do I take the courses online?  Yes.
3.  Can I start taking a course at home (or some other location), sign off and later sign back on from the same location or another location (i.e., work, etc.) and pick-up where I left off?  Yes.
4.  How do I get my certificates?  When you complete your course(s), you will complete an online "Student Affidavit."  Your certificate(s) will be e-mailed to you.  Iff you want your certificate faxed to you, send us an e-mail and let us know: (1) when you have completed all your classes (i.e.., if you have signed up for a renewal package or more than one course) and (2) the fax number where you wish us to send the Certificate of Completion.  This school will store the original Certificate of Completion for you (no extra charge).  We are especially mindful of courses that are completed at the end of the month and are very vigilant about getting the Certificate of Completion sent out as soon as possible.
5.  Will the Arizona Department of Real Estate ("ADRE") accept a faxed/e-mailed copy of the certificate?  Yes.  The ADRE wants you to turn in a copy (not the original) when you renew your license.

CAUTION: ADRE prohibits you from taking more than 9 credit hours of instruction in one day.  You may purchase classes that total more than 9 credit hours in one day (either a Renewal Package or several individual courses), but you cannot take and complete more than 9 credit hours of instruction in one day.  The program will NOT stop you; it is physically possible to complete more than 9 credit hours in one day, but this School cannot issue a certificate that gives you credit for more than 9 hours on one (calendar) day and ADRE will not accept more than 9 credit hours on one day.
