Information
|
Distance Learning courses (online courses) are independent study programs; no live instructor will be teaching the course, but an instructor is available via e-mail, fax or phone.
|

Classroom attendance
|
No classroom attendance is necessary for Distance Learning courses.
|
|
Time limits
|
You must complete each Distance Learning course within six (6) months of registration.
|
|
Grading
|
You are required to complete all lessons on the computer until the computer marks them complete. No final exam is required.
|
|
Certificate of Completion
|
To receive a School issued Certificate of Completion, the student must: (1) register for the course, (2) remit payment for the course, (3) complete the course, and (4) complete an online Student Affidavit. Your School issued Certificate of Completion will be e-mailed to you at the address you provide during registration; you can request that the certificate be faxed and/or sent via regular mail by sending an e-mail to the School

Refund Policy
|
Requests for refunds must be made via e-mail or fax within five days of registration. A full refund (or credit to your charge card) will be made within ten (10) days of receipt of your request. A cancellation fee of 15% may be charged. A refund cannot be issued after a Certificate of Completion has been issued to the student.

Returned
Checks
|
Any applicant who has a returned check due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $20.00 service charge.

|
Privacy
|
The school will not release any student data to any person or entity (except to licensing agencies, for verification purposes).

School
Records
|
The Casler School of Real Estate will maintain for a period of five years, the following information in each student record: The student's name, address, license and social security numbers, date of enrollment, course title, and records reflecting attendance.

Non-Discrimination
|
The Casler School of Real Estate will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial, or handicap status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards for successful completion of any course.

You (the "Student") are purchasing the right for one person to hear, view and read instructional course material and, if desired, the right to receive a Certificate of Completion after you have completed the course and satisfied all course requirements. Each Student is authorized to use the course for his/her own personal use. This right cannot be transferred (i.e., sold, given away, etc.). The Student may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, replicate, sell/resell, license/relicense, the use or viewing of any course or course material without the express written consent of the Casler School of Real Estate. Any use of the course and course material other than expressly stated above is prohibited by the United States copyright laws, which provide substantial penalties for copyright infringement.
