principles, practices and federal laws governing real estate with a time limit of two hours.  A minimum score of seventy-five percent (75%) is required to pass.  The Arizona Real Estate State-Specific Exam (Part 2) consists of 60 questions on Arizona-specific real estate laws an rules with a time limit of 1.5 hours.  A minimum score of seventy-five percent (75%) is required to pass.</div> <bR>
