Referral Fee Program

Receive $100 for each student your real estate company sends us who takes our 90 hour salesperson or broker prelicensing course and passes the School exam. It does not matter which of the packages they sign up for, your company gets $100.00. Student must present Referral Form at time of registration and your company must be enrolled in our program (which is simple to do and only takes a minute; see below). If you offer a Tuition Reimbursement Program (your program, not ours), the Referral Fee Program reduces your net cost for tuition.

You can participate in our Referral Fee Program whether or not you sign up to advertise with us. Just send your student with a REFERRAL FORM.

(Note: Although it is impermissible for real estate brokers to share a real estate commission with an unlicensed person {which includes paying a referral fees to unlicensed persons}, that law DOES NOT apply to tuition {which is not a commission} paid by a student to a real estate school; a real estate school may lawfully pay a referral fee to anyone).
